Thinlits & Framelits for the Win!

Many of us think that to have a finished card, you need a stamped image as a focal point.  This card blows that theory out of the water because aside from the tone on tone background stamping using the background stamp in the Christmas Pines set, there isn’t any on the card.  Darcie Clyne, a fellow demonstrator, created this amazing sample.

The base has been cut from a sheet of Cherry Cobbler cardstock (yes, I know the photo is a tad washed out.  I’m working on that!  Boughs were cut from Garden Green and Pear Pizzazz, and there is a Cherry Cobbler set of berries that has been tucked in there as well.  All were cut using the Pretty Pines Thinlits.  ‘Joy’ was diecut from a piece of Gold Foil using the Wonderful Wreath Framelits, and Gold Metallic Thread was added as an accent.  Very pretty!
The Christmas Pines stamp set and Pretty Pines Thinlits can be purchased separately, or bundle them together to save 10%.
