Demonstrators. This is my project for October.
Rooted in Nature is one of my favourite bundles from the 2018-2019 Annual Catalogue. The stamps and Nature’s Roots Framelits can be purchased separately, but you save 10% if you purchase the bundle. It was designed to work with our all-time favourite stamp set, Lovely as a Tree. Winter Woods, in the Holiday Catalogue, was also designed to work with this, so you have a trio of stamp sets available that you can use on any type of card.
The card itself was based off of the card map below (no idea where the original map came from, so I cannot credit the website.) Don’t you love the colour scheme? It was pulled from the Nature’s Poem Designer Series Paper. It’s perfect for autumn or masculine cards.
I opted to colour the tree stamp with Stampin’ Write Markers, and stamp it on the inside of the card as well. It just helps to finish it off. I added the thank you sentiment from the Rooted in Nature set, but you could easily substitute this with a different birthday wishes stamp in a masculine font. Check out Itty Bitty Greetings, or Sunshine Sayings for a stamp that would work on this card.
