Halloween Treat Holders made with Designer Series Paper

Happy Friday! I one of these fun Halloween Treat Holders during last night’s Facebook Live. I’m so pleased to be able to share them all with you today. They’re so easy to make, and so fun!!! Even the teen in the house thought they were cute. I have a TON of photos for you, along with the video of last night’s Live.

Aren’t these adorable? There’s another photo farther down of their cuteness, filled with candy. Someone asked last night if you could put gift cards in these, and you absolutely can. Just attach them with a glue dot at the back to make sure that the card doesn’t fly out of it.

Each of the treat holders was made with a 6″x6″ piece of the Cute Halloween Designer Series Paper. In the video, I show you exactly how to fold the paper to make the origami shape. The DSP comes in 6″x6″ packs, with 6 sheets of each design (there are 8!).

The front side of each piece is colourful, while the back has a black and white pattern. There is a quick tip on choosing your inside/outside pattern in the video.

The Frightfully Cute Bundle has everything that you need to make tags for your Halloween treats, and any holders that you create. They’ll pop up again before the end of the month, because I still have 2 Facebook Lives scheduled before Halloween!

Now… I like close up photos of projects so that I can see the details. The photos below do exactly this. It helps with the placement of the pretty ribbon, the die cut black glimmer paper, and the embossed phrases.

Scroll down just a bit more for the video with the instructions on how to make these cuties. But first… here’s the finished product, complete with candy. By the time Halloween rolls around, I won’t have any paper left!
