Hi Stampers! I’m sharing the new Scalloped Note Cards, which pair extremely well with the Delightful Day stamp set. Today’s project was CASE’d from page 34 in the Annual Catalogue. Let’s have a look!
These note cards are quite easy to make, because the cards come pre-scored/folded, with coordinating envelopes. They are smaller than the cards that we normally create, but they are large enough (5″ x 3-1/2″) that they can be put into the mail.
Each was stamped with stamps from the Delightful Day set. This set has been designed for beginners, and includes sentiments for more than one occasion.
To make these cards, simply stamp the image repeatedly across the card, just above the scalloped edge. You can run the cards through your die cutting machine with a long, decorative edge, but it’s not necessary. Add a bit of Designer Series Paper or stamped cardstock, and you’re almost ready to go. Choose one of the above thin sentiments, stamp it on Whisper White cardstock, and cut with scissors. Attach with Stampin’ Dimensionals, and you’re done!
The leaf/stem stamp is an outline, but you can easily colour it in with a coordinating marker. Stamp the envelope to finish it off, and it’s ready to be sent or attached to a gift.
