Today’s project is an adorable Animal Outing Gift Box. It combines the Animal Outing stamp set, with cardstock and the gorgeous Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper.
I would love to say that I created this cute box, but I did CASE the box from Angie Juda. It’s too small for a gift card to sit flat inside, but it will fit when resting on an angle. The box itself is 3-1/4″ square with a height of an inch. I’m sure that you would be amazed at what you could fit inside of this box. A set of themed 3″x3″ thank you cards would be fantastic, as the envelopes would just fit in as well.
The kangaroo was stamped with Tuxedo Memento black ink, and then coloured in with our Stampin’ Blends. Blending the kangaroo is easy because we have a light and dark Crumb Cake marker. However, we only have a single Ivory Blend. *Tip* Use the Colour Lifter to pull a bit of the colour off of the pouch, giving you some shading.
This box is plain on the inside, but you could add a stamped note on the bottom to carry on the theme. Animal Outing does have great sentiments for this. It also has coordinating Thinlits, and both are available in a bundle (save 10%!)
