Happy Friday stampers! Today’s big pink bird is set for summer with her flip flops and straw hat. She is a Stampin’ Up! flamingo from the long retired stamp set Tickled Pink.
Stampin’ Blends were used to colour the bird. It was fast and easy to add a bit of shading, with no visible lines on the image. That’s the power of alcohol markers. They give you just a smidge of time to work with them before they dry, so that you can blend them easily.
The Garden Trellis embossing folder on the Daffodil Delight cardstock gives us the perfect background for a summer bird. Add in a bit of Old Olive cardstock and a sentiment from the Hanging Garden set, and you’re good to go!
