Happy Thursday from snowy Whitby! My daughter was hoping that we would have a white Christmas this year, and when you combine the snow that fell yesterday, with the upcoming forecast, it’s clear that her wish will come true. It seems fitting that today’s Seasonal Chums Z-Fold card features an adorable snowman. I sort of created this card… it was one of the cards that my fantastic upline, Jenn Tinline, had at a stamping event back in the fall. She stamped and coloured the snowman – I just assembled the card!
We created a similar card at my Fancy Folds class a few week ago, and everyone was amazed at how quickly this card goes together. It’s also fun to open and close the card repeatedly because the sentiment disappears and reappears whenever you do so. It also stands up really well on a mantel because of the z-fold. Fun!
This cute dude is from the Seasonal Chums stamp set, and is actually one half of the stamp. The set is designed so that you can create gift tags that have both the front and back of each image (snowman, reindeer, jack-o-lantern). Coordinating families are available, to make for easy cutting. Create tags, or create cards – the set is versatile!
The Seasonal Chums Bundles are retiring on January 2nd (the stamps and framelits will still be available, but not as a bundle), so if you want to add these to your collection for next year’s tags, and save 10%, make sure you order it now.
