Good morning stampers… it’s Flamingo Friday, and I’m showing off a stamp set that I love. Pop of Paradise is retiring soon, and you all know that its one of my favourite stamp sets. Frankly, any stamp set with a flamingo in it has a special spot in my studio. Don’t be surprised if this bird pops up in a Flamingo Friday posts, even after it has retired.
Today’s card came about after I purged and reorganized my stamp room. I was moving things around in preparation of the new catalogue, and pulled out a bunch of stamped flamingos that hadn’t made it onto cards. The result is that I have a big batch of finished cards to share in the coming weeks! Not all of the stamps are from Stampin’ Up!, because I have flamingo stamp problem. However, everything else on the cards is from the company because I LOVE our cardstock and ink.

It’s a PA today. One of my darling children is playing her trombone, as her best friend plays the piano. Let’s just say that my house is noisy because only one of them is proficient. The eldest is making omelettes in the kitchen with his best friend. The third is somewhere in Beijing. They landed about 6 hours ago, and an e-mail from the teacher says that they’re all doing fine. I hope that you’re enjoying a quiet (!) day. Happy Stamping!
