Good morning stampers! Today’s project are Perfectly Plaid gift tags. As you know, I don’t normally post on Saturdays, but wanted to make sure that you saw these tags. They’re easy to make with the Perfectly Plaid bundle. Let’s take a look!
When playing with this bundle, I created 8 different tags. Scroll down and you’ll see all but two of them. (Those ones were CASEd from the green tag on page 12 in the Holiday Catalogue.)
I stuck with the Cherry Cobbler and Shaded Spruce cardstock, along with Whisper White and Wrapped in Plaid Designer Series Paper. There is a bit of the Shaded Spruce/Gold ribbon, and I also added white Baker’s Twine, and white Flax ribbon.
The orientation on the bottom tag below is different, because it’s useful to see how many trees you can fit on a tag! Creating the top one was a tad time consuming because it is a two step process, with drying time at the end. Simply stamp the tree outline, and fill in the gaps with the Fine-Tip Glue Pen. It can be tricky because you need to control the glue flowing from the tip. Every tree will be different, and that’s okay!
