Hello Stampers! Today’s project is a Thank You card, created with the Happy Thoughts stamp set. It’s a lovely set that only included sentiments and phrases. Let’s have a closer look!
This is actually quite a simple card to make, it just looks fancy because of the punched sprigs behind the sentiment and the lovely bling. The Happy Thoughts stamp set only has sentiments and phrases in it, and at $29 (154507), it’s affordable to add to your collection.
The base of this card is a piece of Flirty Flamingo cardstock. A strip of the pretty Flower & Field Designer Series Paper has been glued to a slightly wider strip of Poppy Parade cardstock and attached to the card.
If you don’t have the Sprig punch in your collection, you may want to consider adding it. Punching out sprigs in a variety of colours allows a really fast and easy way to add greenery to a project. This card has petal Pink, Granny Apple Green and Vellum sprigs.
How did I choose my colours? They are straight from the Flower & Field DSP, which is one of this year’s Sale-a-Bration freebies. It’s wonderful paper that you’ll see on more cards in the coming days. I always look for double-sided DSP that has one side I know that I’ll use. While the front of all of this paper is floral, the backs are smaller patterns that I can use in my scrapbooks. I’m not that much of a flower person!
Finally, I added three of the Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets (frosted droplets are on the card). I find they work well with the vellum.
You can find all of the products that you need to recreate this card in my Online Store. Shop 24/7 in the comfort of your home, and ship it directly to you with no porch pick-up required! Definitely the way to go during a pandemic.

Do you need a Sale-a-Bration catalogue? How about a January-June 2021 Mini Catalogue? Email if you would like a paper version of either. In the meantime you can view or download all versions of all catalogues HERE.
Thanks for stopping by to check out today’s Happy Thoughts card. I’ll be back on Wednesday with another project to share. In the meantime, I’ll post something different onto my Facebook page tomorrow. My goal is to post here on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, but I will likely post additional projects on my Facebook page during the week. I have bunch of cards lying around, and I would really love to share them instead of hoard them. Until Wednesday, Happy Stamping!
