Happy Monday Stampers! I’ve been so busy that I almost forgot to blog today’s project. That’s what happens when you decide to repaint a room less than a month before Christmas. It’s finished, and the room has mostly been put back together, but now to fix the rest of the disaster that is also known as my house. Anyhoo, today’s Golden Snowflake Sentiments card comes to us courtesy of Krista Hogenboom. She has combined a bunch of different metallic elements to create a card that has fantastic glow about it.
By my count, there are 5 (or 6 depending on how you look at it) different metallic elements, with some glitter added for good measure. Can you find them all? I’ll give you a small hint… the snowflake has Wink of Stella on it, giving it a glittery glow.
Krista popped up the gold embossed sentiment, which was die cut using one of the oval dies from the Stitched Shapes collection. Some gold metallic thread was added underneath for a bit of shine.
Have you found all of the metallic elements? The background Year of Cheer Specialty Designer Series Paper has metallic printing, the sentiment was embossed, there is metallic thread under the sentiment, the Year of Cheer Specialty Washi Tape (2 different tapes, for 2 elements), and the punched gold foil sheet all have some sheen to them.
Don’t forget…the Stampin’ Up! Year End Sales Event is on now, and the last day to order items from Stampin’ Up! for pre-Christmas delivery is Thursday, December 7th. After that date, there’s no guarantee that UPS will drop them onto your doorstep in time to give them as gifts. As always, the best and fastest way to shop is to head to my Online Store. Don’t forget to add this month’s Host Code, because the Project Helper Guides in December will feature new products found in the 2018 Occasions and Sale-a-Bration catalogue. I’m going to hazard a guess that one of them will include an incredibly cute set of pandas! Happy shopping at the Stampin’ Up! Year End Sales Event!
