Flowering Fields with matching envelopes

*Note – this post was originally publishes on 3/19/16 *
Flowering Fields is one of my favourite stamp sets in the Sale-a-Bration catalogue.  I love how you can combine the stamps in different ways, and colour them to match whatever cardstock or Designer Series Paper that you’re using or have on hand.  These two cards, created by Australian demo Sue Vine, both use the stamps in an unconventional arrangement, which caught my interest.

After creating the cards, I used my Envelope Punch Board to create matching envelopes – one using the coordinating Wildflower Fields DSP, and the other using Whisper White paper found in the Neutrals Envelope Paper Pack (138310).  After I cut the envelope paper, but before I assembled and glued the envelope paper, I stamped the flowers in the corner, moving across the fold to the back of the envelope.  You can’t see it in the photo, but the flowers wrap around.  It’s a great WOW for the recipient.

Until next time… Happy Stamping!
