We’re coming to the end of our Annual Catalogue (yes, I know you’re excited for the new one!) but I still have a few photos to share of projects that you can create using products that are retiring. Today I have the retiring Elegant Butterfly Punch and Endless Thanks stamp sets on a very cute, and very easy card to create.
The Elegant Butterfly Punch has been very popular with my clients over the past few years. It’s very easy to punch a gorgeous butterfly out of any paper that you want, and they look really cute when punched from Designer Series Paper (DSP). I used paper found in the Soft Subtles Designer Series Paper Stack, and took care to line up the dots when punching, so that they would look as similar as possible. I know, I’m picky, but I like the result. You may note that there is a small strip of striped DSP underneath the Basic Black piece, and this one came from the Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stack. All of our stacks are retiring, and most have sold out. They were perfect for when you needed a piece of background paper that would match your project. I will miss these.
Endless Thanks is a photopolymer stamp set that has stamps that can be combined for any situation where a thank you card is needed. I love the font and have used this repeatedly since adding it to my stamp collection. It too is retiring, and I will really miss it.
The other big element on the card are the small scalloped squares behind the butterflies. These were created with the Layering Squares Framelits which are NOT retiring. Woo! I LOVE these Framelits.
