It’s sad that we’re heading into the twilight of summer, but there are still plenty of opportunities to say thank you to friends and family for a whole myriad of reasons. Today’s daisy thank you card was created by fellow Canadian demonstrator Alison Solven, and I’m sending it to my Mother-in-Law as she hosted us at her house in Wasaga Beach last week where my kids tried their best to eat her out of house and home. (Just kidding, they only ate half of the food in the house.)
As you can imagine, this is a tough card to photograph as the front panel is 3″ instead of the usual 5-1/2″, so it won’t stand up without significant help. The nice thing is that when it is open, there is a daisy at the top of the stem that is just peeking out, providing another good focal point inside the card. And… because of the card’s design, the sentiment appears on both the outside and inside of the card! That Alison is sneaky 🙂
