Cutest Halloween Treat Bag with Tutorial

Happy Thursday! I have lots on the go today, so my blog post is short. However, you can download the tutorial for this Cutest Halloween Treat Bag near the bottom. It’s an adorable project, that you can whip up in time for this weekend’s festivities. Speaking of whipping up, I still need to make the Oreo cookie bags for my co-workers!

The Demonstrator who created this, Michelle Hornback, combined the adorable Cute Halloween Designer Series Paper with the Cutest Halloween stamp set. You can find both in the Cute Halloween Suite on pages 50-51 of the July-Dec Mini Catalogue. The Cute Stars Sequins are also in this suite. I have been using them on my Facebook Live projects, and tonight you’ll see ultra-versatile Black & White Gingham Ribbon as well.

There is a Halloween project on my table that has a similar type of base. However, my base is larger because I want to create something that holds more treats. I discovered that the dimensions of my base made it difficult to create with 6″ x 6″ paper. One paper seam can be hidden, but the other cannot.

I’ll post photos of it on my social media, so that you can see what it looks like (and because it is fun!) Those that are invited to my 15th Anniversary Exclusive Holiday Stamping Class on November 8th will see the final holiday version. I have one on my stamp table, almost ready to go.

Speaking of my 15th Anniversary… there’s only 4 days left to take advantage of this month’s Anniversary celebration! Make a $60 + purchase in October, and enjoy an EXCLUSIVE Online Holiday Crafting Class on November 8th at 7:30pm. Add the October Host Code (QVPMYNTM), to your Online Order, and your monthly bonus gift will have a $15 value (normally $10). Full details can be found here. Don’t miss out because I’m planning the projects now, and am really excited about the class!!

You can download the tutorial below, and supply list for today’s project can be found at the bottom of this post. If you need any stamping supplies, I would be very happy to be your demonstrator. Thanks for stopping by today. This Halloween treat bag is super cute, and would be fun to make for the kids in the neighbourhood that you know well. (Mom alert… you absolutely need to make sure the parents know who made it, otherwise their kids will never be allowed to open it.). I’ll be online at 7:30pm tonight with my last Facebook Live Halloween project, and the details will be posted here tomorrow. The last project that I mentioned above will be posted to Social Media on Saturday, and then I’m flipping the switch to the holiday season. Exciting, because I’m starting my Christmas shopping tomorrow. Yes, tomorrow. I’m working all weekend, but if you have questions, please add a comment or drop me a quick e-mail and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Happy Stamping!
