Celebrate Sunflowers Friendship Card

Good morning stampers! Today’s card features the Create Sunflowers bundle and is perfect to give to a cherished friend.

This card was created by the talented Moira Sands, and received in a card swap earlier this summer. She used the Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle that we looked at on Wednesday. The colour scheme is very similar to Cathy’s thank you card, but Moira chose to die cut the flowers from coloured cardstock instead of colouring them with Stampin’ Blends. Here’s a close-up of the card.

There is a great sheen to this card, because of the gold foil die cuts, and the addition of Wink of Stella to the centres of the sunflowers.

Other elements that she used include Lovely Labels Pick a Punch, Linen Thread, and a retired embossing folder. You can easily use the Pinewood Planks 3D embossing folder in its place.

Remember that the Celebrate Sunflowers Cling stamps coordinate with the Sunflowers Dies. They can be purchased separately, but you save 10% if you purchase the Celebrate Sunflowers bundle ($70)

As always, the best way to order and deliver your Stampin’ Up! products is through my online store. If you would prefer to order directly through me, send me a quick email or a text (289-928-5713). If texting me, please tell me who you are!! You can also call and leave a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. We’re in holiday season, and I’m working many hours at the store, so it may take me a bit.

I have pulled out the stamps and dies from the Curvy Celebrations Suite, and love them all. Photos will be posted soon, but I do have another Sunflower Celebrations card to post on Friday. Seriously. Three posts in a week. No guarantees that this will continue, but I’m working on it when not purging my house before our new windows are installed, or lying on the couch surfing Pinterest after a long day at work.

I hope that you have enjoyed Moira’s Celebrate Sunflowers friendship card. I’ll return soon with another project. Until then, Happy Stamping!
