It’s the week before Christmas, and I still have some wonderful cards to show you! Today I’m showcasing a bundle that will be retiring on January 2, 2018. If you love the images in the stamp set and/or the Thinlits, make sure that you order it before it disappears. The Carols of Christmas bundle was released early this past summer (!), so there are many fantastic cards out there. I didn’t create any of today’s cards, but all deserve being shown off because they are so pretty!
First up we have a pretty card that uses a colour combination of Basic Black, Kraft, and Old Olive. I really, really like the three Thinlits in the Card Front Builder Thinlits set. They are lovely.
Lisa Hardie created this card, and it has great visuals – without using any Stampin’ Dimensionals! It’s just layers that have been adhered together. The addition of the silver foil deer finishes it all off.
Next, we have a gorgeous card that was created by Vicki Howie. The base of this card is Garden Green, however she has sponged a winter skyline onto a piece of Whisper White cardstock, and then glued on some Basic Gray die cut trees. A layer of stamped vellum is then layer over the card to give it a lovely veiled look.
Such a pretty card! Here are another couple of views of what it looks like when it’s flat, and with the vellum lifted up. Recipients will pull this one from its envelope with an ooooh and an aaaah!
Finally, Alica Ziakova has created a very pretty and shiny Carols of Christmas card with a colour combination of Basic Black and gold. The shimmer from the Gold Glimmer paper works so well with the other metallic elements.
Those polka dots are gorgeous! Alica adhered the window sheet to the card using Glue Dots behind polka dots. Genius! The only element on this card that is popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals is the glimmer tree. Everything else is glued flat, making this an easy card to drop into the mail.
No product list today… Time to get the Golden Retriever out for a walk in the snow! Happy stamping 🙂
