Good Morning Stampers! It’s a steamy one out there, and I’m happy to be hiding inside a cool house. I’m getting ready for Friday’s Open Houses (see below for details), and the heat gives me a great excuse not to get sidetracked by the gardening that needs to be done. Today I have an Amazing Congratulations card, and a Sneak Peek of something that will be in the 2018-2019 Annual Catalogue, available on Friday!!
This card was created by fellow demonstrator Darcie Clyne. She combined Lemon Lime Twist and Island Indigo (retiring this week!) to create an effective card. Amazing Congratulations is a three-step stamp set, with stamps that combine to create the word, like you see above. There is a third that can be stamped to add an outline if desired.
Two different embossing folders were used on the cardstock to add depth and interest to the card. A bit of washi tape finishes it off nicely.
It’s the last week of the 2017-2018 Annual Catalogue. The last day to put in an order from this catalogue is Thursday, May 31st. You’ll be able to order online until midnight, but I wouldn’t wait that long because the website will be busy!!! Everything on the list is available while supplies last, so don’t delay. Add the May Host Code (3KF4Y7CM) for additional rewards.
