Good morning Flamingo Folks! It’s Flamingo Friday, but skating is still kicking my butt (and will be for the next two days), so I’m posting the Fabulous Flamingo Vertical Birthday Card this week that I added to my social media feeds last week. Masking the strip for the Happy Birthday greeting makes this a different layout, but one that is pretty easy to create.
I find that I don’t pull out my Vertical Greetings stamp set nearly as often as I would like, and adding this greeting gave me a way to use it. There’s another card on my stamp table that has a similar layout, but with leaves in fall colours. I’ll post it shortly because it is perfect for the fall.
*Tip* I masked the strip using 1″ wide Post-It paper tape that you can find at Staples. It was extremely easy this way to get an even strip of masked cardstock without measuring/cutting sticky notes to cover the space.
Next week I’ll be in the land of flamingos, so don’t be surprised to see photos of the real thing during Flamingo Friday. They are SO gorgeous!
If you need the supplies to make this cute Fabulous Flamingo Vertical Birthday card, place your order online 24/7. If it’s over $50, with the Host Code 3QG96C23 added, I will send you 10 complimentary Project Helper Guides at the end of the month. Details can be found HERE.
Shop Online 24/7 to have your order shipped directly to you, and remember that you must add the Host Code to receive your Guides – unless your order is over $200. If it is, don’t add the Host Code – just add the Stampin’ Rewards to your card and I’ll make sure you receive the Project Helper Guides.
So, what did I use?
